Dr. Laura Kuckert has extensive experience as a patent attorney in the field of technical property rights as well as in trademark and design law and in the law of employee inventions. In these areas, she consults her clients on obtaining, defending and enforcing their rights.

Vita

Frau Dr. Kuckert studied physics at the Technical University of Dresden with a focus on nuclear and particle physics and successfully completed her doctorate in experimental astroparticle physics at the Karlsruhe Tritium Neutrino Experiment (KATRIN) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and subsequently worked there as a research associate. She successfully completed her training as a patent attorney and has been working as a patent attorney for VKK since 2022.
